Kelso's Conflict Resolution

Kelso's Choices empowers students to solve some of their own problems in a positive way!  First, students are taught the difference between a BIG (scary or dangerous) problem and a small (I can figure it out) problem.  If it is a small problem, students can choose to solve it using Kelso's Choices (see chart).  If it is a BIG problem, they are taught to tell a trusted adult immediately to get help.
